July 2024 – Thank you to Canada Summer Jobs for selecting our organization to host a summer student this year! We provided meaningful employment to university students in the areas of education and programming, fundraising, and marketing and communications!
June 2024 – Thank you to the Municipality of Colchester for the $5,000 investment into our programs and services! This support will help to make our communities a safer place for everyone!
May 2024 – Thank you to the Nova Institution Women for selecting our organization to provide education and support services to their staff and inmates. This $7,680 contribution towards our programs and services will help our organization to continue supporting all vulnerable women and female-identifying people.
May 2024 – We received a generous $800 donation from the proceeds of the Brigid Trio’s International Women’s Day Celebration! April 2024 – We greatly appreciate our partnership with the Truro Pride Society. Their contribution of $2,100 in our shared space helps us to reinvest into our vital programs and services. Enabling equitable navigation support services and counselling for those who identify in the 2SLGBTQIA+community impacted by sexual violence is incredibly important to us.
